Beijing Zoo is one of the biggest zoo in China, and also a famous zoo in the world. This zoo raise many precious animals in China, including pandas, golden monkey, Siberian tigers, white-lipped deer, elk (laptop), ponies, red-crowned cranes, and other representative animals from all over the world, such as chimpanzees in Africa, Australian kangaroo, America leopard, Mexico manatees, hairless dog, European bison, etc. There is also an Amphibious Reptiles Exhibition Halls with two layers. Inside the hall is with 90 different sizes of the exhibition cases, more than 100 kinds of reptiles. And here exhibits one of the world's largest crocodile around the world - estuarine crocodile. The kids would be very excited to see different animals.
The highlight to Beijing Zoo is to watch the Giant Panda, which is the national treasure of China.

Beijing Aquarium locates at the North Bank of Changhe, Beijing Zoo, covers about 120,000 square meters, with 42,000 square meters’ building area. It is the biggest inland aquarium in the world at present. It integrates sight enjoy, science popularization education and leisure and recreation. Here marine organisms are raised in different themed halls. This aquarium breeds and displays thousands of kinds of the Marine fish and biological. Kids would love to see the colorful fishes in the sea.

China Science and Technology Museum is the only state-level comprehensive science and technology museum in China. It is located near center area of Beijing city. The residential district of the Asian Games Village is located to the east. To its west is the water system of the Olympic Village. To the south of it stands the main stadium of the 2008 Olympic Games and the north of it is the Forest Park.

Shijingshan Amusement Park is sited in the western extending line of Chang An Street. It is 15 kilometers from Tiananmen Square. This park covers an area of 35 square meters. This park is large modern amusement park taking the European-style landscape as the main characteristics. the combines imitative Cinderella's castle in Grimm's Fairy Tales with other European-style castles and young girl statues together, constituting a colorful and wonderful world of fairy tale for visitors, especially for kids.
Shijingshan amusement park has more than 50 large and medium-sized modern amusement projects. Every major holiday, some themed cultural activities will be held in here.
