Sanniangwan International Dophin Park

Sanniang Wan Scenic Spot has a beautiful scenery gathering natural and cultural sceneries, and has scenes like blue ocean, beach, strange stone, green forest, fishing boat, fishing village and Chinese white dolphin. Sanniang Wan Scenic Spot is located in the south of Qinzhou, and 40 kilometers away from Qinzhou downtown. You may take a bus in Qinzhou Bus Station to go to this scenic spot, and the bus costs about 20 yuan and takes about one and a half hours. Or you may take a taxi to the scenic area.

 

Chinese White Dophin

In this scenic area, what will you see and experience? First is to see Chinese white dolphin. It is well known for Chinese white dolphin, because Sanniang wan is the home of Chinese white dolphin. Chinese white dolphin is a rare animal under national protection of level one, praised as panda in ocean, and it has several kinds of colors, black, gray, white, pink, blue. In here, if you are lucky enough, you can see many dolphins of difference colors. A flock of dolphins may swim in water, and may leap out of water. When dozens of dolphins leap out of water at the same time, such a view is spectacular and breathtaking.

 

Sanniang Rock

It has many stones with strange appearances and fantasy stories. In the subordination tour spot, Sanniang Stone, there are three huge stones, which come from a folk tale. It tells that three handsome lads live in a boat and depend on each other for survival, and three fairies find them and marry to them. The Jade Emperor gives these fairies three years to stay here after his hearing about their marriages. But they do not leave after the end of three happy years. Then His Majesty makes huge sea waves to swallow the boat which the lads take to hunt fish, and the fairies wait at seaside for a long time and become three stones. The original stones had been ruined and are replaced by other granite stones with similar appearances. Local fishermen may burn incense sticks and make sacrifice in here and pray for a safe sailing. Pig Stone has an appearance like a pig lying on water. Horizon Stone consists of several huge granite stones, and it is the place where navy set up cannons in the past wars. It has other stones like Hurricane Stone, Sea Dog Stone and Viewing Tide Stone.

 

Fubo Temple

Fubo Temple is built for a great general, Ma Yuan in the Eastern Han Dynasty, and after about two thousand years, local people still have a devout respect for him. People burn incense sticks and make sacrifice to him, and have a wish for peace, and a hope for  heavy harvests and health.
 

In here, you may have a special experience in fishing villages. The scenic area has two fishing villages, and you can take participation in fishing activities to experience fishing lifestyle and fishing culture, like hunting fish by a fishing net and catching crabs in a beach. In the performance hall, you may watch performance played by old people. Still it has facilities like swimming pool, fresh water room, health care and beauty center  and children's paradise. You may have a swimming in ocean or in pool, have a sunbathing on beach, and have a health care, and children could play in children's paradise.

Before you travelling in this tour spot, you should know that in order to watch Chinese white dolphins, you need to take a boat to specific waters, which may have admission fee. And your watching of dolphins is like a gambling, if you are lucky, you can see lots of dolphins of different colors, and if you not, you should make preparation and do not lose your temper. April, May, July to October are suggested time for watching dolphins, and in these period, you may have a big probability to see them.
