It is a complex of office towers, hotels, restaurants, theater, department stores and boutiques. The four-level shopping mall is home to over 130 shops and boutiques and one major department store(Harvey Nichols), collectively offering an array of contemporary fashion and luxury brands. the top floors feature swank boutiques and designer shops, while the lower levels feature more ordinary shops.

There are also three five-star hotels (Conrad Hong Kong, Island Shangri-La and JW Marriott Hotel), a boutique hotel, three Grade-A office towers and 270 five-star serviced apartments in the building. It is connected to the Hong Kong Park. It is connected by tunnels to the Admiralty MTR Station and Three Pacific Place. Escalators connect it to Hong Kong Park. A footbridge connects it across Queensway to Queensway Plaza and United Centre.
