♦About China Tourism

Travel to Xian
China tourism has developed rapidly for the last few decades, since the the open policy had been implemented in 1978. The glorious ancient architectures, the splendid landscapes, the hospitable Chinese people, all of these make the tourism industry prosper in the past few decades. WTO has predicted that till 2020, China will become the largest tourist country and the fourth largest for overseas travel.

The boundless expanse of the Chinese territory is dotted with innumerable sights of gorgeous and varied natural scenery. Five thousand years of splendid Chinese history and civilization have contributed the extraordinary enchanting beauty to this picturesque land. Places of historic interest and scenic beauty across China have become tourist destinations, such as the Terracotta Army in the ancient Xi'an, the Great Wall and the Forbidden City in Beijing, and the beautiful landscape of Guilin in the South.
