Morning Exercise along the Guihu Lake

One day, I was sitting down and watching the TV, I found the fat was around my waist. At that time, a voice in my mind told me, “Oh, Peggy, you should immediately keep fit! Right now, without any delay!” In order to fight with the fat around my waist, I began to do morning exercise since next morning of that day.
I did a simple preparation work and then began my keep-fit plan next morning. Not like the summer days, the temperature in this early fall made people prefer to go out for a while. Some one said, if you do not experience it, you will never know the essence of it. During my exercise along the Guihu Lake in Guilin this picturesque city, I was delighted with all the things I met in these cool mornings.
The warm sunlight was shining to the clean Guihu just liked may pieces of small mirrors floating on the water. Those ages were singing and dancing joyfully. I also found some young people doing their exercise as me. Some students were starting their school day at this time. Every one seemed like to smile for this daily life. And if you plan to smile for every day, why not start it since you open you eyes?
Nowadays, as the word “morning exercise” is stranger to the young group, we should clear the positive factors of this activity. I highly recommended you to take a deep breath in this comfortable place in every morning. Although those lazy bones may laugh at this action, the advantages in this exercise may only be found after you taking this measure.
