we finally arrived back in  England but had to wait at Heathrow airport for 6 hours for our connecting flight to Manchester due to British Airways computer system breaking down, and they had to do everything manually

we had a brilliant time in China loved it and would do it again.  the itinery you arranged for us was very good and we got to see and do most of the things we had requested, except our time in Guilin but that was due to the weather.

i was really impressed that everything was taken care of, transport, food, tickets etc
food at the restaurants were of good quality we didnt even get a dodgy stomach😂
The drivers were all very good, especially driving on your roads, which i wouldnt have even attempted
it was bad enough trying to cross them.  It would have been nice if the drivers could speak English as well as the tour guides.
All the guides were very good and did everything to help and advise us
We loved Olivia in Beijing she was so bubbly and cheerful all the time, and we had some good conversations
with her, she was such a delight.

i have already recommended your website to people who expressed an interest after telling them all about our
experience, but i will complete the tripadvisor site for you
