China Holiday in May from Australia

Dear Tina,

We all want you to know that we had the most marvelous and wonderful learning experience, visiting your country of China. We were extremely pleased with the way that you kept contact with us during our planning stages and with the way that the trip was organised.

We were always pleased to see a smiling face ready to meet us at every new city , regardless of the time they had to wait due to the delay with the airlines. The information the guides gave of their cities was also very informative and much appreciated.

We make special mention of your helpfulness when we needed to cancel a day's itinerary due to the illness of Mrs Turvey. You were so obliging by re arranging the tour to another day which greatly assisted in Mrs Turvey's recovering.

We thought all the guides that you provided for us were very professional.

When we boarded the Boat for the tour down the Yangtze we were offered an upgrade in cabin (at further cost to us) and are so glad that we took it as we got front row seats at all times having taken the option of the Presidential Suite. We did however, think that the boat truly required a complete make over.

The staff on the boat appeared to be extremely professional at all times, but as for the tour guide on the boat we thought him to be lacking in the skills that he required.

Overall the trip was one that we will always remember with fond memories.

We have already taken the opportunity to hand your details on to someone that we know was thinking of touring China.
