Hi Lily,

We are currently in Dali and want to thank you for the excellent service you and the guides have provided so far. Gil in Kunming was good and very knowledgeable and accommodating. Aaron who is currently showing us the sites in Dali is simply an excellent tour guide. He has been doing this for over 20 years and his professionalism and care are sincerely appreciated. He knows where all the great spots are for taking pictures and has been very helpful in taking memorable photos for us. He also takes the initiative to go above and beyond the itinerary by escorting and showcasing highlights in our hotel vicinity, walkable sites that we were not aware of had he not pointed them out to us. He is obviously proud of Dali and generously shared his knowledge and expertise with us. His enthusiasm, professionalism and flexibility have contributed to our enjoyment of China and we will certainly encourage our friends to travel to Dali. 

Anne and I also want to thank you for providing lunch for us today. We were too full from breakfast yesterday and decided to forego lunch yesterday. We were pleasantly surprised that TCT moved the lunch to today. This is great customer service and we just wanted to let you know we appreciate the gesture. 

We are looking forward to seeing the remainder of our tour.
