Dear TCT,

First of all, on behalf of my family, I would like to thank TCT for arranging this tour programme for us. Our thanks to Janet who painstakingly modified our requests on the itinerary numerous times until we were satisfied. Despite the initial worry the money TT to your account was not acknowledged even after 11 days due to the oversight by your staff who forgot to key in the information, everything went smoothly thereafter.

Our appreciation goes to the tour guides both in Beijing (Karen) and Xian.(Suzzan). They have been very attentive to our questions and have been truly helpful. One small hitch which is TCT must ensure is that all tour guides receiving guests at the airport or tour destination, is that they must use the "TCT" sign with our names for easy identification. We missed Suzzan at the Xian airport because we were looking out for the TCT sign as given by your instructions. Instead, the sign just had our names on it.

Otherwise everything went well including the services rendered at the hotels we stayed in. Special appreciation goes to Ralf, the duty manager from Ramada Bell Tower Hotel in Xian who personally recovered my camera which I dropped when we changed rooms and had someone sent it to the airport as we were leaving for Singapore. Please forward my appreciation to him on my behalf.
