I must say that the entire tour did meet my expectations. Yes, sure, I could make some comments about hotel services or features that could be improved, or that we spend too much time on the bus at times, but I really think that's not so important.
The tour delivered what it promised and it was a great experience, excellent!
I would also say your customer service was excellent and did make a big difference. A couple of years ago I tried to book a similar tour online, and found a number of Chinese tour companies quite poor in response and eventually gave up the trip. I'm glad I came back and found your company.
