Sorry for a delay email to express our deep appreciation to you. We all have a great time dispite some of the problems that occured. Your profesionalism and ability in dealing with the problems are more than enough for us to recommend your company to our friends who wish to visit China in the future.

We were very satisfied with all the tour guides provided. They were all of exceptional standard. The warm Welcome from ‘Lydia‘ in Beijing, the laugh we have with ‘Neil‘ in Xian, the friendliness we received in Guilin by ‘You and Waren‘ and a nice time in Shanghai with ‘Omar‘. Thank you for all the top quality guides.

I must admit that prior to going to China our expectation on food were not that high. This dued to word of mouth from some people that have been to China. However, after going on your tour I will now strongly argued with anyone who dare said food in China is not nice because I have experienced 2 weeks of great food. Thank you for all the great restaurants you organised.

As for hotels, set aside all the incidents we experienced, all the hotels you have choosen for us were of great location. I have to personally said ‘THANK YOU‘ to you for the upgrade in Shanghai it is greatly appreciated.

All in all, please except our big ‘Thank you‘ for organising a wonderful tour for us. At least 3 people in the group have alredy fell in love with China and are planning a future visit next year. Who know? you might be hearing from us again soon.
