My wife and I have just returned from our trip to Shanghai/Hangzhou/Suzhou and wish to express our profound thanks to our tour consultant Hannah from Top China Travel for her assistance and patience in planning our itinerary for our vacation which we enjoyed very much. Hannah was always very prompt in replying to our many questions and also proactive in ensuring that we have arrive safely at our destinations. She even message us on a weekend to check that everything was in order and this we really appreciate it very much..


We found TCT by chance when I inquired into their tour plan. Hannah connected to me and provided me assistance to all our questions. We had quite many request in terms of hotels, train tickets, etc and Hannah was always there for us with her prompt replies in fact even doing it out of her office hours. We found her profession work attitude quite amazing as she supported us remotely in Guilin whilst we were in Shanghai, Suzhou and Hangzhou. Thank you very much Hannah!
