Brief Introduction: Silk Road Dunhuang Hotel started business in 1995 and had itself renovated in 2011, so far it has 255 rooms with all necessary business hotel rooms ever needed equipments installed. The inner decoration is rather Chinese style or say it Dunhuang style with antiques and antique-style furniture equipped.


Location: This hotel does not locate in the city centre but it offers a shuttle bus to the night market and airport pick up and drip off. It is only 800 meters far from the Mingsha dunes and the Crescent Moon Spring. The main advantage of its location is a wonderful view over the sand dunes behind the hotel. The English communication level here is better than the others. We recommend this place for its stylish inner decoration, nice ambience, quality service and good reviews on Trip Advisor over the years.

Brief Introduction: 7 Days Inn Dunhuang Night Market started business in 2014 and had another renovated in 2016, so far it has 63 room with fully equipments installed. It is very close to the Dunhuang night market and enjoys a very quick bus trip to Mingsha Mountain, Crescent Moon Spring, Dunhuang museum and the Mogao Grottoes travel site. Though the English level of staffs here is rather low, it is not a problem by using translation apps.

Location: This place started business in 2013and later had itself renovated in 2016, so far it has 114 rooms with all mercenary business hotel ever needed. With a distance of only 260 meters to city centre, it enjoys a very convenient location to most of those travel sites in Dunhuang city. It takes a short walk to the Dunhuang Museum and the Night Market and to the Mogao Caves or to Mingsha Mountain in a short trip by taxi. 
 

Though the front doesn’t speak much of English, under the help of translation apps they can easily arrange you a money-worth trip to the Mogao cave, the Mingsha dunes and Yadan national park if you are interested. The prices are pretty standard in the area. We recommend this place for its central location, quality service, economy cost and good reviews on Trip Advisor over the years.

Located in downtown, it enjoys a convenient walk to the Dunhuang pedestrian street. There are buses to Mingsha Sand Dune stop right at the hotel entrance with a cost of only 1 yuan. A walk to the Night Market will take only 15 minutes from this hotel. We recommend this place for its reasonable cost, convenient location and good reviews on Trip Advisor over the years.
