Guiyang Railway Station is located at
Nanning District in
Guiyang City, Guizhou Province. It was built in 1959, directly under the Chengdu Railway Bureau. It was the third largest railway station in southwest China, just next to Chengdu Railway Station and Kunming Railway Station. Guizhou-Guangxi Railway, Hunan-Yunnan Railway Station, Sichuan- Guizhou Railway, Guiyang-Kunming Railway.
As the first class railway station connects Hunan-Guizhou, Sichuan-Guizhou, Guiyang-Kunming, Guizhou-Guangxi railways. The area of the railway station is 20,852 square km.

Guiyang is the capital of Guizhou Province, located on the Yunnan- Guizhou Plateau in southwest China. The city is low in latitude, with high elevation and diversified landforms. Located at the subtropical zone, Guiyang enjoys a warm and moist weather, which endowed the city with abundant biological resources. Guiyang is the home to some of China's most spectacular vistas, with verdant mountains, limestone peaks, the Huangguoshu Waterfalls.
