How to Get to Jingdezhen from Huangshan

Jingdezhen also praised as “capital of porcelain”, is a small town in northeastern Jiangxi province, China. Jingdezhen borders Anhui province to the north.

Huangshan  the most fantastic mountain under heaven, is located at the south end of Anhui Province in eastern China. It is near to Jingdezhen and Wuyuan County of Jaingxi Province in its southwest edge.

The transport between two cities is easy since it is about 164 km between the two cities. Visitors can travel Jingdezhen by train or by bus.

By Train(Highly Recommend)

Traveling by train is the best way to recommend. There are five trains every day leaving for Jingdezhen from Huangshan. It departs from Huangshan Railway Station or Huangshan North Railway Station and will arrive at Jingdezhen Railway Station. The earliest train departs at 03:30 and last departs at 23:44, with the durations vary from 1h19m to 3h19m. By Bus

Travelers can also take bus to get to Jingdezhen from Huangshan. The bus departs from Tunxi Bus Station(黄山屯溪汽车站) that lies in the downtown Huangshan, not near to the Huangshan Scenic Area. There are only 4 buses leaving for Jingdezhen from Tunxi Bus Station. The departure time is at 5:50 am and 1:30 pm, two buses at one time. The bus fare is about 35 RMB.

By Car Rental

If you are looking for a more comfortable and flexible trip, you can also rent a private car with a driver and a tour guide through a travel agency. Hence, you do not have to worry about finding the bus station and departure time. They will pick you up from the hotel you are staying and take you to the destination.
