Macau has a cross-border bus that goes directly to Guangzhou. At the designated travel agency or hotel entrance in Macau, you can take a direct cross-border bus to Guangzhou. You can go directly to the large hotels in Guangzhou. The fare is cheaper than taking a bus to Zhuhai, but the number of flights is less.

If you want to travel to Guangzhou from Macau by land, you need to pass custom from Zhuhai first, then transfer bus or light rail to get to Guangzhou from Zhuhai.
Macau is connected with Zhuhai land. What you have to do is pass Gong Bei Port. There are many public buses in Macau leaving for Gong Bei Custom and it costs not much money by taxi, for Macau is not very large. When you are in the custom, follow the instructions to pass the line to handle the customs formalities. Walk 100 meters ahead you will enter China Customs range, then apply for entry formalities. After that you would step into the mainland of China. Very simple.

► Light Rail Train

Guangzhou South Railway Station, you can choose this way. It takes around 55 - 80 minutes. This is
the fastest way from Zhuhai to Guangzhou. There are more than 50 trains departing from Zhuhai to Guangzhou south every day. The first train depart at 06:30 and the last train departs at 23:07. The frequency is around 15 minutes. Ticket fare is 70 CNY for a second class seat and 90 CNY for first class seat.
In Guangzhou South Railway Station, find the subway according to the indicator. There are 2 subway lines (Line 2 and Line 7) in Guangzhou South. Go to Tianhe District (downtown area) and you can choose Line 7 to Hanxi Changlong to transfer Line 3. Please confirmin advance the subway station near the place you need to go.
► Bus
There is a
Gong Bei Bus Terminal right next to Gong Bei Custom. There are many buses leaving for different bus stations in Guangzhou. Zhuhai Gongbeitong bus station ticket center is located at No.2 Youyi Road, Gongbei Street, opposite to Gongbei Port, where you can buy bus ticket. You can choose the right one to catch. It costs about RMB 70. It takes about 3 hours for one-way trip. The bus takes you directly to Tianhe Passenger Station.
By Boat(Not Recommended)
There are boats traveling from Macau Outer Harbor Ferry Terminal to Guangzhou Nansha Dock. Few people choose this way, unless you have plan near to Nansha Dock.
