A copy of your passport and China visa (tourist visa) is requested to submit to the Tibet government at least one month ahead of your tour.
    
2. A complete physical examination before the trip is necessary. People with heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma, serious anemia, and other cardio and respiratory problems should not travel in Tibet. Please follow your doctor's advice.
    
3. Most people have altitude sickness at the first night and the discomfort may last about two or three days. When altitude sickness comes, do not be panic, take good rest. Ask for help from doctors, if your symptoms become serious.
    
4. Please pay attention that the equipment and conditions of hotels in Tibet are not as good as the one you always stay in. The hotels standard can't catch the international hotel grades. In remote areas, accommodations are mainly guest houses or lodging tents.
