How to Get to Huangshan Mountain from Suzhou

→ A is for Suzhou and B for Huangshan



Travelers can get to Huangshan Mountain from Suzhou by either long-distance bus (coach) to train. Which way is better? It is totally up to your own choice. 
 

By Bus

There is 4 buses departing from Suzhou South Bus terminal (苏州汽车南站)to Huangshan City every day. The departure times are 05:40, 6:00, 06:50, 07:20 a.m. The journey takes about 4.5 hours.  Ticket fare is about 164 yuan.
 

By Train

There are two trains departing from Suzhou Railway Station to Huangshan Railway Station. Ticket fare ranges from 81 to 231 yuan depending what kind of seat or sleeper you choose.

Departure Station: Suzhou Railway Station
Arrival Station: Huangshan Railway Station

Attentions: Train Schedule of Suzhou to Huangshan is for your reference only. Please check the ticket information including the tickets fares at the railway station or by your TCT tour advisors separately.

After get out the railway station, you will be in the downtown Huangshan. It is suggested that visitors take an overnight train and reserve a sleeper on the train. After get a night of sleep, you will get to the destination.

Important Note: the bus or train you take will arrive at downtown Huangshan City. It still takes an hour to get to Mt.Huangshan Scenic Area from downtown Huangshan City by bus.
