►Wudang Mountain: Wudang Mountain may be the most famous Taoist holy site in China as well as in the world. The Ancient Building Complex in the Wudang Mountains has been on the World Heritage List since 1994 as a unique land to spread Chinese Taoist culture. Mount Wudang covers an area of 321 square kilometers wide, with very rich beautiful sceneries and culture relics. The main tourist resorts include: three ponds, nine springs, nine wells, nine platforms, ten pools, ten stones, eleven caves, thirty six cliffs and seventy two peaks, all of them compose incomparable Chinese traditional mount-water drawings. The ancient buildings in Wudang Mountain have been famous in the world for their beauty, size, and grandeur, so that Wudang Mountain was taken onto the list of World Cultural Legacy by UNESCO on December 17, 1994.

►Yellow Crane Tower: Located on Snake Hill in Wuchang, together with Yueyang Pavilion in Hunan Province and Tengwang Pavilion in Jiangxi Province, it is praised as one of the Three Most Notable Towers in the south of the Yangtze River. In China, even a 4-year-ole child may be know this attraction because of the famous poem named "Huang He Lou" which is the Chinese pronunciation of Yellow Crane Tower. Now the new tower is a five-story building with a height of 50.4 meters (165.4 ft). Murals, statues of famous poets, poems and paintings are situated inside the tower. Standing on the grand tower, one can overlook the beautiful landscape of Wuhan City as well as the remarkable Yangtze River.
Wuhan often quickly welcomes its winter from its autumn as long as the cold air down south while the temperature drops very powerfully. From the end of December to next February, Wuhan is in its winter with the average temperature of 3℃- 12℃; however, if Wuhan suffer the cold wave or sleet, the temperature will be below 0℃.

1. Summer in Wuhan is extremely hot, especially the months of July and August. It is recommended to travel to Wuhan avoiding these two months. If you are ready to travel, it's better to prepare your umbrellas, sunscreen and take other good sun protection measures.
2. Be careful of the changeable temperature. A few chilly days could be followed by relatively hot weather. So it is better to take some early winter clothes to protect you away from the sudden low temperature.
