The best time to visit Yichang is in the late Spring and the Autumn, especially in Aprils, Mays, Septembers, and Octobers. The warm and humid climate in these two seasons is unlike the dry and windy weather in winter and spring. Besides, the winter also can be a good season for appreciating snow vies of Yichang, but during this time, whether you could go to Yichang or not is depending on the weather, no flights will be served because of the snow days.
► Best Time to Shanghai:
The best time to travel in Shanghai is in spring and autumn. The city has a subtropical maritime monsoon climate, with four distinct seasons. Generally, the warm spring and cool autumn are the more comfortable seasons. While summer and winter are far less pleasant. Overall, Shanghai enjoys a mild and moist climate.
