We started our adventure in Lanzhou, follow by stops into Xining, Zhangye, Jiayuguan, Dunhuang then took the high-speed train to Turpin, follow by a stop into Urumqi. Our adventure did not stop there, as we continue our Silk Road Adventure further west by taking a flight to our final destination of Kashgar to see the beautiful Kalakul Lake with a drive along the historical Pamirs Highway. We were within 30 miles of the borders between Pakistan & Afghanistan, reflecting the early trades between the countries that took place over century ago. Our 14 days adventure would not be possible without the assistance and support from our advisor Joyce. Please note that this is the 2nd trip we have collaborated with Joyce, and each was a winner!

We visited beautiful places, which allow us to travel back in time and our guides immersed us with rich Chinese cultures and traditions that can only be experienced in these locations. We savored the local delicious dishes, as recommended by our guides.

Throughout the 14 days, we were greeted by three guides and 3 drivers for each region visited. Each accompanied us with great professionalism, competence, knowledge of the Silk Road history and courtesy. Our congratulations to the entire organization! Well done especially to Joyce!!
