Could you please help me to input more details about your trip to China in June as below? So far, for 7 days & 6 nights China program, I would like to propose you below tours for your reference first:
6 Days China Group Tour to Beijing and Shanghai (Beijing – Shanghai)
6 Days Tour from Beijing to Qingdao (Beijing – Qingdao)
6 Days Tour from Kunming to Lijiang (Kunming-Dali-Lijiang)
6 Days Tour to the East Golden Triangle (Shanghai-Suzhou-Hangzhou)
8 Days Classic China Tour (Beijing – Xian – Shanghai)
1) Since we will quote you the tour on private basis, it would be great if you could let us know the exact number of the tour (how many of you) in order to work out the accurate price for you.
2) Since the prices will be different during the whole year, for example, in peak season, such as, April, May, September, October, November, the price will be higher due to the expensive room rate; in low season, such as December, January, February, March, the price will be lower however, the weather will be cold during the winter time; You can consider traveling in June, July, August, reasonable price, good weather, although it is hot, especially in August.
3) Traveling days (duration), it is very important, and if you could give us definite traveling days (8 or 10 days) for the trip in China, it will help us to give you accurate price, (one night more, or one night less will make huge differences in the prices, as well as affection on the tour arrangement).
4) flight schedule In & out of China if possible, or arrival & departure cities you will plan. Normally, the international airfare will be much cheaper if you book in your Country (return flights), so if you can look into the flights, and let us know your plan, it will definitely save some cost for you. Or it is doesn’t matter, if you think our itinerary come first before booking the international flights. Just FYI
5) Hotel Category 3/4/5 star hotel, according to your tour budget. Generally, 3 star hotel is around US$55 per room per night, incl. breakfasts; 4 star hotel around US$95 per room per night, incl. breakfasts; 5* hotel around US$180 per room per night, incl. breakfasts. (There are also some local brand 5* hotel, which rate will be similar as 4* hotel, and also hotels in different locations make the prices different.) This is only for general idea, and the rate I gave is based on the hotels we often use, good location, good facility and services.
6) Food quality. Normally, we arrange the meal at local Chinese restaurant, standard basis. And if you have any requests on the food, please let me know or we will think the normal food will be ok for you.
