I included only one special cuisine in the trip, that’s Peking Roast Duck in Beijing, as it’s quite famous and I suggest you not to miss it.
The hotels I included in the itinerary are all centrally located 3 star hotels with easy access to the city Center. Different location hotels have great difference in price although all they are same category. Because you would have more free time in the evening, therefore I suggest you to choose the centrally located hotels which you could also visit around by yourselves.
