Good morning, Can you please advice can the Malaysia Consulate Generail in Guangzhou certified the letter of Good Conduct for Malaysia My Second Home programme?

According to regulation, Malaysia Consulate General in Guangzhou is one of the authorities to certify the letter.
Letter of Good Conduct (LOGC) MUST BE ISSUED by the following authorities: 1. Police Department or Security Agencies from applicant’s country of origin or domicile country; 2. Embassy or Consulate of the applicant’s country of origin in Malaysia or in other country; 3. Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Malaysia (Eligible only for applicant who has resided in Malaysia for more than one (1) year. Application can be made via e-Consular System.
