Basic Information of China embassies and consulates in Iran

Hi I am Citizen of United States of America I would like to visit Iran in the month of June and I am planning to visit China in September 10 from LAX in California while I am in Iran visiting my family is it possible I could bring my US passport to China Embassy in a run and get my visa due today not having enough time to come back in California I think it makes sense for me while I am in Iran to get my visa to change my question is is it OK is it possible and how long it would take to get my visit to China in Iran and how much it would cost US die for entry single tree although I know in US it will cost me $140 US . I appreciate if you please send me an email and let me know if it’s on OK to get my visa from the road thank you
