At first, please kindly be advised that there isn’t any budget hotel near #8 Zhengzhou Road in Qingdao, but some budget hotels, such as Home Inns, Hanting Inn or Jinjiang Inn, ect domestic budget hotels in Sifang district of Qingdao. However, the room rates in those hotels are higher than RMB and they offer the same rate to travel agency and direct client. Therefore, I suggest that you book those hotel on your own or through your friend in Qingdao.
