Terms and Conditions of China Visa Invitation Letter

Getting an Invitation Letter for a Tourist Visa to China

A China visa invitation letter is a part of your China tour package. Top China Travel can send an invitation letter to you on condition that you book your China tour package including all accommodation, transfer and sightseeing activities through Top China Travel. The sending of a China visa invitation letter alone is not allowed. Top China Travel will process your invitation letter after we have received the full payment from you.

You are responsible for your own China visa application from your local Chinese Embassy. Top China Travel can not offer you any assistance whatsoever with this process, nor guarantee of the success of your visa application. If your application is rejected, fax us the copies of your passport with the rejected confirmation by Chinese Embassy, we will refund your full payment of the tour, only charge the service fee for the invitation letter.
For a group under 5, the service fee is US $ 80 for the whole group. For a group of over 5 including 5, the service fee is US $10 for each person. In addition, US $50 is required for courier of original documents.

Important Notes:

China Tourist Visa for Travelers from Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Some Other Countries

Travelers from Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Ghana, Iran, Iraq and some other countries should be noted that it may be hard to successfully apply for the China tourist visa if you are individual traveler or a travel group with 4 pax or fewer. And Top China Travel is not able to offer you the invitation letter for your tourist visa. As China embassy or consulates only accept the official invitation letters from the Tourism Administration at the Provincial level, which are applicable to group visa (at least 5 adult travelers). Individual China tourist visa for Sri Lankans, Bengalese, Pakistani, Ghanaian, Iraqi, and Iranian is not available at the moment.

So the basic conditions to apply China tourist visa for travelers from Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Ghana, Iran, Iraq and some other countries are:

► A travel group with at least 5 pax (including 5 pax)

► The original invitation letter authorized by relevant China Foreign Affair department

Therefore, China tour package quotation based on 5 or above pax will be offered for you, while quotation based on 4 or fewer pax may be refused by us because of the hard China tourist visa application procedure.
