Can I find English speaking guides? Can I get a taxi to railway station with English speaking taxi driver? Has the new Bullett train going to Beijing started?

Normally, the English speaking driver is not available in mainland China, but in some big city, such as Beijing & Shanghai, it is possible to find some driver who loves to learn English and have good command of it.
