Sorry to let you know that at present there is no boat renting service on the Grand Canal from Hangzhou to Beijing because the Grand Canal now is not used as a transportation canal. And many parts of the canal have been blocked.
For Grand Canal cruising, you can enjoy in Hangzhou part. I can help you to arrange this tour if you are interested in it.
