The domestic airfare in China is included in your trip if you booking from us. But we may not offer you the international air ticket because we may not get a favorable discount, so we suggest you to book it by yourself.
And as for booking a trip, you can book it in anytime, so the trip also can be booked before forming a group. We have a private tour that can be arranged any time you like.
