First, I am not familiar with the public transportation in Zhangjiajie, you may take a taxi from from Zhangjiajiet bus station to your hotel Hunan Pipaxi Hotel Zhangjiajie, which is the most convenient way.
Secondly, you may take bus/coach from Zhangjiajie Central Bus Station (Chinese: 张家界中心汽车站) to get to the new Bus Station in Fenghuang. Zhangjiajie Central Bus Station is located near Zhangjiajie Railway Station.
