Hongkong Airport has shuttle bus from the airport to Hongkong Station(100 HKD), but the bus wont' go to Wanchai.
From Hongkong Airport to Hotel (Butterfly On Morrison) in Wanchai:
Option 1: take airport shuttle bus to Hongkong Station, take metro from Hongkong Station to Causeway Bay Subway Station, then walk about 600 meters to the hotel.
Option 2: take airport shuttle bus to Hongkong Station, take taxi from Hongkong Station to the hotel.
