How do I go from Shanghai to Shiniuzhai National Geological Park of China?
Shi Niuzhai National Geological Park is located in Shi Niuzhai Town, Pingjiang County, Yueyang City, Hunan Province, with a total area of more than 900 square kilometers. It is the newly discovered Danxia landform with the largest area in China.
1. Firstly, you need take high speed train from Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station to Changsha South Railway Station. It takes 5-6 hour with the fare of 478 rmb.
2. Secondly, take bus to scenic spot. Changsha East Bus Station departs two shifts a day, 8:10 in the morning and 1:40 in the afternoon. The journey takes about three and a half hours and the fare is 56 yuan. This bus is the line from Changsha East Station to Hongqiao Town, just passing through Shi Niuzhai. Get off at Shiniuzhai.
