Hi, i have plan to go Chongqing, Zhangjaijie and Changsha. can u advise me where should i go first and where should i go for the last in order?

Well noted that you are planning to travel to Zhangjiajie, Changsha and Chongqing and you would like to know how to plan a trip to Zhangjiajie. It is really a problem that where we should go first as the transportation to Zhangjiajie is really limited.

At first, please be advised the flights from and to Zhangjiajie Airport. Currently, there are flights between Zhangjiajie and Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Xi'an, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Kunming, Changsha, Hengyang, ect. An Some flights do not depart every day and some flights depart in the early morning or at night, even midnight.

Therefore, when you decide where to visit first, you should know from which city you arrive in China. We generally speaking recommend our clients arrive from Beijing or Shanghai as both has daily flight to Zhangjiajie. We suggest you start the tour from Zhangjiajie first, then go to Changsha and Chongqing. The Zhangjiajie tour can be planned as below,

Day01 Fly to Zhangjiajie (from Beijing or Shanghai) and you will arrive at Zhangjiajie airport in the evening.
Day02 Visit to Tianzishan and Yuanjiajie in the morning, in the afternoon visit Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon.
Day03 Visit Golden Whip Stream in the morning and Mt. Tianmenshan in the afternoon.
Day04 Drive to Changsha for more than 4 hours, Visit some scenic spots and try the local snacks in the city of Changsha and overnight in Changsha.
Day05 Half day morning tour in Changsha and take afternoon flight to Chongqing.
Day06 One day Chongqing tour to visit Dazu Rock Carvings.
Day07 Continue your tour of Yangtze River Cruise or depart from Chongqing.
