Hi, I'm planning to go to Panjin on 27 December this year. Can I still see the red beach? Or the season will be over and nothing else to do there?

Red Beach Scenic Area is a national 4A level scenic spot and an excellent tourist scenic spot in Liaoning Province. It is located in Zhaoquhe Township, Dayi County, Panjin City, Liaoning Province. It belongs to the wetland eco-tourism scenic spot and is the perfect combination of natural environment and human landscape. It is a comprehensive green eco-tourism scenic spot integrating sightseeing, sightseeing, leisure and vacation.


Panjin Red Beach is available to visit from May to October every year, and the best time to visit there is from mid-September to mid-October. Panjinhong Beach is open from 8:30-17:00. After mid-October, it starts to turn to be purple.


Honestly, December is not the good time to visit there.  The weather is cold, and the Reed beach would be frozen.
