i will travel to Shanghai on March 11th and like to go to Kaifeng-Luoyang and return to Shanghai no later than 2pm March 16th. can you arrange that?

According to your request, I've work out a 4 days tour to cover Zhengzhou, Kaifeng, Dengfeng & Luoyang these 4 main tourists cities in Henan Province. As you didn't mention which star hotel do you like to stay, and the hotel level in Henan Province is not in the same standard as other developed province, therefore I suggest you to choose 4* hotel which similar like 3* hotel in other cities like Shanghai for a more comfortable stay.

If your budget is limit, I do recommend you to take train travel from Shanghai to Zhengzhou & Luoyang back to Shanghai. Kindly check the train schedule as below:

Shanghai / Zhengzhou D86 (0714am/1414pm) Daily departure

Luoyang / Shanghai K736 (2103pm/1259pm +1) Daily departure
