Before the COVID-19, it is possbile to drive traveling through the whole Great Silk Road from China to Istambul or vice versa.
Even though, it will need a complicated preparation for the international driving permit and , ATA carnet , vhicle permit & notarization，visa for the passing through countries, vehicle repaire and maintenance items, food & medicine, etc. A good preparation is needed.
