Well noted that you would like to take a tour covering Shanghai and Beijing on September 28- October 10 (Mid night of October 9). At first, I have to advised you bad news that your traveling dates just cover China National Holiday from September 30 to October, during which period, it will be crowded in public places and scenic spots because many domestic people travel around. Besides, a tour covering Shanghai and Beijing, 6-7 days will be ok. In this case, you will have many free time if you travel from September 28 to October 10. Anyway, I am delighted to offer you the tour program as the attachment for your reference.
The tour program is worked out by private airport/hotel/railway station, but Sit-in-coach join-in group day tours in Beijing and Shanghai. In this case, it will be helpful to reduce the tour cost. The price is much lower than private tours.
Besides, as we do not get information from you about the accommodation, we offer you the program based on 3-star standard hotels. If you would like to stay better, please do not hesitate to let me know. Then I will recommend you prices based 4-star first class or 5-star deluxe hotel for reference.
