If you have already been in Lhasa, it is easy for you to travel to Shanghai Disneyland. There is a direct flight between Lhasa and Shanghai every day.
You could take the flight from Lhasa to Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG), from which you can take a taxi to Disneyland Shanghai.
If you are not confident in taking taxi in a strange city, you could book a private transfer or book a Shanghai tour with a local tour operator such as Top China Travel in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
