I am teaching at a university in Harbin China. I have January and February off and would like to go somewhere in China where the weather is warmer. Colleagues have suggested Sanya in Hainan Province. My wife and I will be traveling together. We want a nice place to stay, but we are on a budget. Any suggestions?

Sanya is really suitable to travel in winter since it is the southern part of China so it is warmer in winter. Because of the beautiful seaside of Sanya, one of the best times to visit is Winter. The Winter average temperature is 21°C. Enjoying cool and comfortable weather, it is the perfect time for beach activities. In spite of the cold winter in other places, here you can still wear your sandals and T-shirt, roaming the seaside under the enjoyable sunshine.
