Zhangjiajie will not be closed, there was just the road outside the Forest Park Gate repaired in the early time and there was limited parking space. The price for Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is RMB 245. 

As for traveling Zhangjiajie in February, of which is winter in Zhangjiajie is a world of snow as well. The ice engraving for your appreciation in this time, Be careful of the frozen air and heavily cold days. It is a comparative dangerous thing when climbing mountain in a winter day. And the best time to travel should be spring and autumn, especially in April, May, September and October, are the best time to travel to Zhangjiajie. In contrast, summer is hot and rainy, winter is quite cold. They are less comfortable than in Spring and Autumn.
