How to Get to Chimelong Touris Resort

Chimelong Tourist Resort is about 23 kilometers away from Guanghzou downtown, and tourists could get to there through three ways, by bus, by subway or by taxi. They are different in term of time duration, convenience and transportation fare, which are listed for your reference.

By Bus

Near Chimelong Tourist Resort, there are several  bus stops. After getting off, you need to walk a certain distance to get to Chimelong Touris Resort.
 

• Option 1: Panyuli village bus station. You could take No. 211, get off at the terminal stop,  Panyuli village. No. 211 public bus from Panyuli village to Guangzhou Railway Station, starts at 06:00, and ends at 22:00, while the bus travelling from Guangzhou Railway Station to Panyuli village starts at 05:30 and ends at 22:00. The travelling distance is about 26 kilometers and takes about 2 hours, with a ticket of 2 yuan.
   
• Option 2:  Hanxi Changlong metro station. You may take No. 129, and No. 303 A public bus and get off at Hanxi Changlong metro station. No. 129 pubic bus from Nanguo Olympic bus stop to Jingcheng park bus stop starts at 06:15 and ends at 22:00, while the bus from Jingcheng park bus stop to Nanguo Olympic bus stop starts at 06:15 and ends at 22:30. No.303 A public bus from Guangzhounan(Guangzhou South)  Railway Station to Tianhe Bus Station starts at 08:00 and ends at 21:20, and the bus travelling from Tianhe Bus Station to Guangzhounan(Guangzhou South) Railway Station starts at 06:20 and ends at 19:40.  The whole journey of No. 303 A public bus is about 33 kilometers, and takes about 2 hours. The two buses cost 2 yuan for a ticket.
   
• Option 3: go to Xiangjiang zoo bus station(Xiangjiang Safari Park), then take a free shuttle bus to Chimelong Tourist Resort. You may take No. 301, No.288 and No. 562 public bus to get to Xiangjiang zoo bus station. No. 301 public bus from Haizhu Bus Station to Panyu Bridge Bus Station starts at 06:30 and ends at 22:00, and from Panyu Bridge Bus Station to Haizhu Bus Station it starts at 05:00 and ends at 22:00, which costs 2 yuan for a ticket. There are only eight stops from Haizhu Bus Station to Xiangjiang zoo. No.288 public bus from Qifu new village to Xihua luwei starts at 06:30 and ends at 22:00, and from Xihua luwei to Qifu new village, it starts at 06:30 and ends at 22:00which costs 2 yuan. It travels 12 stops from from Qifu new village to Xiangjiang zoo bus station(Xiangjiang Safari Park). No. 562 public bus from Xiangjian zoo to Tangxia community starts at 06:00 and ends at 22:00, and from Tangxia community to Xiangjiang zoo, it starts at 06:00 and ends at 22:00, which costs 2 yuan.
   
• Option 4: go to Chimelong tourist resort bus stop. You could take No. 304 public bus to Chimelong tourist resort bus stop. No. 304 public bus from Tangxia community to Chimelong tourist resort starts at 07:00 and ends at 21:30, and from Chimelong tourist resort to Tangxia community, it starts at 06:00 and ends at 20:30, with a ticket of 2 yuan.

By Subway

The closest subway station to Chimelong Tourist Resort is Hanxi Changlong Station, and two subway lines pass through this station, which are line 3 and line 7. Subway line 3 travels between Tianhe Coach Terminal (Tianhe Bus Station) to Panyu Square, and the whole is about 64 kilometers. From Tianhe Coach Terminal to Panyu Square, it starts at 06:10 and ends at 23:30, from Panyu Square to Tianhe Coach Terminal, it starts at 06:00 and ends at 22:55. From the first station to the last station, it only needs half hour. Hanxi Changlong station is two stations away from  Panyu Square.

Subway line 7 travels a distance of about 53 kilometers between South Railway Station and Higher Education Mega Center South, and takes about 25 minutes for such a journey. From South Railway Station to  Higher Education Mega Center South, it starts at 06:00 and ends at 23:30, and from Higher Education Mega Center South to South Railway Station, it starts at 06:10 and ends at 23:15. Hanxi Changlong station is in the middle of the journey, and it won’t take a long time.

Subway is the easies and the cheapest way to get there. When you get off at Hanxi Changlong Station (汉溪长隆站), then get out  from Exit E, then you could take a free shuttle bus from the station to Chimelong Tourist Resort, or you just walk to there.


By Taxi

You can take a taxi wherever you are in Guangzhou, which is fast and convenient, with little walk, but it may be a little expensive compared to other options. The taxi fare is depend on your starting place. Taxi fare is calculated in the following way since 2018. Within 3 kilometers: 12 yuan (fuel surcharge). More than 3 kilometers: 12yuan (within 3 kilometers) + 2.6×kilometers(the part over 3 kilometers). If you take a taxi in the time period of 23:00-5:00, 30% will be added to the unit price, and 2.6 yuan per km, would be changed to 3.38 yuan per km.
