From Guangzhou East Railway Station
If you go to Guangzhou by train and arrive in Guangzhou East Railway Station, there are a couple of ways for you to get to Chimelong Tourist Resort, like subway, public bus and taxi.
Option 1: Subway(highly recommended)
About half an hour and 5 yuan like. First walk to the metro Guangzhou east station, take Metro Line 3 Northern, get off at Ti Yu Xi Lu (体育西路站) Second, transfer to Metro Line 3 to Hanxi Changlong station and get off from the metro from the Exit E/D, you can’t miss it within a walking distance. If you don’t want to walk, taxi is a good choice considering such a short distance, or you can take a free bus provided by Chimelong Tourist Resort. Guangzhou metro line usually works from 06:00-23:00, but some lines have a bit longer or shorter operation time. Still you won’t wait for a long time, and the time interval is about fives minutes. Subway is the most convenient way, since the air-conditioned subway equipped with air conditioner runs pretty fast, and eating in a subway is usually a no-no.
Option 2: Taxi
At least 60 yuan. It takes about 30 minutes by taxi from Guangzhou East Railway Station to Chimelong Tourist Resort. Taxi fare is calculated in the following way since 2018. Within 3 kilometers: 12 yuan (fuel surcharge). More than 3 kilometers: 12yuan (within 3 kilometers) + 2.6×kilometers(the part over 3 kilometers). If you take a taxi in the time period of 23:00-5:00, 30% will be added to the unit price, and 2.6 yuan per km, would be changed to 3.38 yuan per km. This information is only for your reference, which may be different according to price adjustment.
Option 3: Public Bus
About 2 hours. Walk about 300 meters to Guangzhou east railway bus stop, take No. 302 and get off at Wanbo center, then walk about 2 kilometers.
About 2 hours. First walk about 1 kilometer to Juntiyuan bus stop and take No. 303, get off at Wanbo center, and then walk about 2 kilometers.
From Guangzhou Train Station
from Guangzhou Train Station to Chimelong Tourist Resort, there is a distance about 18 kilometers, and you can go by subway, bus and taxi. Subway is the most convenient transportation tool in Guangzhou, featured with fast, cheap and comfortable.
Option 1: Subway(highly recommended)
Half an hour and 6 yuan. Walk to the metro, take Metro Line 5 to Zhujiang xincheng(New Town) station(Wenchong direction), then transfer to Line 3 to Hanxi Changlong station and get out from the Exit E/D. Last, you walk a short distance to the Chimelong Tourist Resort.
Option 2: Bus
Almost 3 hours and 4 yuan. Walk to Dongfeng xilu(west road) bus stop, take No. 288 pubic bus and get off at Shibi crossing, then walk about 2.5 kilometers
Option 3: Taxi
About one hour and at least 80 yuan. It takes about 50 minutes by taxi to from Guangzhou Railway Station to Chimelong Tourist Resort.
